A new community centre of Dániel Berzsenyi College, Szombathely

Within a PPP programme the consortium of KÉSZ Kft. and KÉSZ Real Estate Ltd. constructed the regional community centre of higher education of the Szombathely college in its own investment. It is leased to the institute for a period of 20 years. The new building of Dániel Berzsenyi College is connected to the already existing "B" and "C" buildings, and has a basic area of 3,017 m². The basic area which needed changes, together with the work of development for the system of information technology, is 623 m². Apart from the new building the school got a new main entrance, a students’ community room and an assembly hall, as well. In the yard a car-park will be made for 153 cars. We are glad to say that the institute has a new wing with air conditioned rooms, equipped with the most up-to-date computing devices. Our company will be in charge of the complex operation of the building for 20 years.
