The total area of KÉSZ Industrial Park is 12.9 hectares, out of which 33,517 m² are workshops, 4,684 m² are offices, 53,521 m² are paved roads, 22,859 m² are green, and 9,700 m² are unpaved areas. More new facilities can be constructed on about 10,000 m² in the park.
KÉSZ Industrial Park offers a complex scope of services which involves R+D, functions of architecture, electronics, car servicing and logistics. Several fields of industry have facilities, production halls, offices, warehouses etc. here. Energy supply to the industrial park is by 2 gas-motors. Our company has been in charge of the complex operation of the industrial park since 1996.
