KÉSZ Mester Udvarház is our office building in Budapest which we completed as our own investment, and our company also made the work of construction. As the result of our project of real estate development on the area of 24,000 m², a refreshing site for the public, we have a department store, an office building, a car-park and a multi-storey car-park for 240 cars under a green roof. The utilisation of the facility completed at the end of 2000 is 100%, and the company Praktiker rents the warehouse space of 10,500 m². The category "A" office building of 3,500 m² has rooms not only for the management divisions of KÉSZ Kft., but for the member and subsidiary companies of KÉSZ Group, and the companies JVC and ECCO Hungária Kft., as well.

We are going to increase the area of the complex of an office building, a department store and car-park at the Pest end of Lágymányos Bridge with 4,000 m². The new facility of four levels will offer an area of 3,000 square metres for offices, meeting rooms equipped with modern audio devices, a conference room, toilets available for the physically handicapped and lifts with glass walls. The roofing above the conference rooms on the first floor is made of a transparent green material. The extended office building is expected to be finished in the first quarter of 2008.
