The abbreviation "PPP", which means the partnership of private and public sectors, is a form of providing public services with the involvement of the private sector in such a way that it is the private sector to supply certain tasks required for a public project. These tasks - made in a complex co-operation with the state - can be for example the design of instruments, construction, finance and operation.
